Growing local

I joined a Youtube group called shed wars 21 which is a gardening mob. My first tip for the shedwars21 series: why and what we compost here at the tiny city farm.

LOL. I like the number of volunteers I get from mine Christa. It'd be better if it was a hundred pumpkin vines but still.

Keep your orange peels to dry and save and use them in your fireplace. They give off lovely orange aroma and burn well.
Good reminder of compost use, save your rubbish.
I have a very helpful hubby who gets rid of the scraps in the kitchen and vacuum cleaner regularly but forgets to add brown waste to it. The result every seed grows where the compost is put.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
