It is surviving pretty well.  Not 4 foot high but I'm getting tiny slips mate.

Before the Water Dragon ruined the shot, I assume the 'building site' pan across included some of your Vetiver? If so, given the drought, looking good. A bit more rain...and you'll get a mulch harvest.

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion.  It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)
