I fried mine Indian style. Cumin,tumeric,garlic,ginger and onion with the okra sliced, fried in ghee in the wok

My green and red okra are doing well at present with lots of beautiful flowers. I pick them when they are about 80-100mm long and eat them as I wander around watering my garden. Alternately I slice them about 3mm thick and add them to a fresh green salad, both ways I really enjoy them.
