Yeah Christa I work from the bottom of the yam. I like to leave at least 1 kg to replant, has a bit more energy them to push out a vine come spring. I dug up a bunch of others yesterday one was 17kg, think I must have missed harvesting it last year.

Great video Doug, thanks for sharing. Do you let the top of the ube dry and plant in next spring? It is good to see the video as it shows the vine size and the harvest when cleaned. It is something that can grow along fences easily.
