Growing local

Startdate: 02.06.13 or A Lazy Sunday at Andy's

Here is an example of a lazy Sunday at Andy's.

I spring out of bed at the crack of 10.30 am.  Rozie has gone to the markets, so I make myself two fried eggs on home made turkish bread toast.  Sprinkle with shaved home made 6 month matured Swiss Farmhouse Cheddar.  Yum.

Tidy kitchen, shower etc.

Set up classroom ready for photography class at 12.30.  The practical is rained out. Will need to reschedule that so I finish by 5.  Afternoon tea consisted of a fresh made citrus cake courtesy of my Rozie (yum) and brewed coffee/tea.  Some samples of Very Kewl Lure liquor and Purple Onion Fetta provided to students.

Once the students are gone, I fire up the still.  Then start to clean up the classroom debris - cups, plates, spoons.

Eat the lovely lamb stew Rozie made in the slow cooker.  Check still regularly.  Use excess water to clean the fermenter.  Process some photos for that model I shot last weekend and send them to her. Check email - answer business ones first.  Check things that I wanna check (like this site).

Ahhh... finished.  Awww man, it's a quarter to 10!
