Growing local

You are looking at  three versions of home grown and made flour from the tiny city farm. Hulled,  part-hulled and unfilled.  I'll cook three muffins for taste comparison. I used Madagascar beans to make it. I'm also going to try with pigeon peas. This is a big part of my self sufficient jigsaw filled in.

How did you make it, Andy? Grain mill? Blender? Or other. It will be interesting to see how the flours perform in baking.

GrowVetiver

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
