Tastiest of Choko options with a layering of flavours. Such an unnecessarily denigrated vegetable.
Here served with Pearl Millet. Yes, that's not Turmeric rice but Turmeric millet...reheated in the microwave.
Millet reheats without the rice risk factor:Bacillus cereus`.
Ironically curcumin (in Turmeric) preserves cooked millet.
