Well, we finally had a spring in 2015, and the pumpkin vines thrived. They and chokos hate the extreme heat and the cold of winter. I harvested 3 pumpkins just over 15 kilos in total. I have pollinated my first flower for 2016 and have bagged it. It is now about 3 inches in diameter, so looks like I beat the fruit fly.
Haven't we been lucky with the weather, I'm mainly talking about temperature.

Welcome home James!
My pumpkin vines have all withered and died this year. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Yours are so impressive - very jealous :)
James :D Welcome back. Bring us up to speed with what is happening in your lives.
Great pumpkins as always. You do have a knack for growing them.
