I had 2 broccoli heads in the fridge and then picked 2 ‘ore yesterday so made broccoli and bacon fritters to use them.  I also made a batch of chilli con carne for the freezer to use up some of the tomatoes and a lot of the capsicums and will turn the rest into chilli jam (I’ll just add some chilli powder for spice).  The green beans, bok Choi, broccoli, zucchini were steamed last night and had steak and mash.  More will be used tonight when I make lamb shank stew. I also have a chicken and wine stew that uses green beans and broccoli so that’s on he menu for sometime this week too. Loving being able to plan a menu around what is in the garden.
