    Yes Susan I have found the sweet potatos sweeten up as well, nit sure if the sun helps or if it's just letting them sit for a while. Either way they get nice and dry to store.

    I harvested today.  I think I hate you.  LOL.  Although Janet is right. I grew in a grow bag and it was an easy harvest.
