Some quail butchered today.

This arvo butchered 30 of my 6 week old quail. Chose the smallest ones I could grab and average 150g skinned and dressed. Have another30 to do from this batch, might keep a couple of monsters to upgrade my stock. My other 90 are now 2 weeks old- need more space!
