Well it has been a busy 3 days at the Caswell's with the Preserving of beautiful Beurre Bosc Pears - Pears in Maple Syrup, Pears in Vanilla Syrup, Pears in Vanilla Brandy, Pickled Pears & Pears in Ginger Syrup.I will put the recipes up in the Recipe Section of the Forum.
