This one was cooked as served as per George's traditional suggestion 'peel, slice 4mm, simmer until tender, serve with sauce béchamel. Bonne appetite!'Yum!

    I've eaten all my big ones. Waiting to see if the last ones will reach a better size now they are getting more sun. If not, they will be eaten as is :)
