Since the pawpaws are very keen...once picked hang out to dry. And no Black Spot!

I plan to eat them dried as a snack.

Drying pawpaw is easy as you get such a big slice to chew on. I love ripping the flesh apart and there is always enough room to hang on.  Like you can when you eat dried bananas.

Fruit jerky. And not too sweet:I don't eat fruit much at all.

But fresh Pawpaw/papaya makes for great salsas.

They look great Dave, Lovely colour. Will you just eat them dried out as a snack or do you have other plans for them.
