Growing local

This flower is a crepe myrtle. I think it's name is Zhejiang Crepe Myrtle - Lagerstroemia chekiangensis.
We bought it from Bunnies when it was just a stick and I knew it was decidious and at a cheaper price. This flower is covered daily with native bees. It is supposed to have a lilac fragrance and a lovely pale pink much lighter than the common pink crepe myrtle.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
