You could always have a "harvest party" and get a few BLF members to come out to help pick and process in return for a cool drink, a snack or two and maybe some fruits of their labour? I'm sure you'd find a few that would be happy to help.
wow that certainly is an awesome tree - well done on all the preserving -lovemulberry wine and mulberry cordial... we had a bumper crop this year considering the trees have only been in the ground 12 months or so - I think we over did it though we planted 7 trees last year and 3 this year .... yikes if they all grow that big ! we will need a factory !
My Goodness that is a big tree James no wonder you can do so much with all the Mulberries, but good on you for doing it. You both must be a sight after you have picked for a while, all that Mulberry juice.
I've finally got a break in harvesting and processing mulberries. It's a full time job, juicing for wine making, preserving whole fruit, and jam making. I have 45 liters of pure juice and a further 10 liters to come, Ive made 4 liters of jam and have stewed whole fruit which will be bottled.

Green Mulberries are used to lift the stains of the ripe ones from your skin.
