Diakon variant.It might be time to try a ferment, as there's a bit of radish on the table. As with last year, most of the groundhogs will be left in the ground.

A monster groundhog indeed. Lots of greens there too Rob - perfect for a soup. I didn't grow any radishes this winter for some reason but there is always spring.
