Harvested a 6 month old ginger grow-bag.  Happy with over 1.1 kg.

  • This lovely spicey winter harvest is about to become the basis for a few European Christmas recipes. I'm slow. Just worked out that means winter recipes. I'm going to pickle some, use some for Speculaas cookies and some for ginger cake. .... You know, I think I might have another pot or two of it!
