I filled this basket up from harvesting 3 bushes today. Most prolific harvest I've had from any pepper-- that's not a chilli -- I've grown.
Like beans the more you harvest, the more peppers they produce.
I usually cook peppers as I'm not of the salad persuasion and all sweet peppers freeze well.
You'll see these peppers indulged in during Korean movies -- so they can be bought fresh from the fridge section of Korean grocers.
As for taste, I think they are unique -- and closer the thicker walled and larger Cubano or Italian fryer.
