Better the chilli you know rather than the one you don't.If you want to be resented: blow a friend or family member's head off with chilli. Oh, how they do complain!So Chilli 101 is knowing what to expect in way of scovilles.Since I grow my own Jalapeño peppers, this is my latest work around for cowardly mouths.Pickled Jalapeño peppers with carrots.
