  • Love the look of your slice, think I will try it myself this week. Your Preserves look very nice, Love the Papaya there is so much you can do with them.

  • Great thanks Doug for the recipe!

  • Yeah Andy I use a similiar one with cardomon, mustard,cuŕry powder and tumeric.

Dave I have heard of people drying the juice into a fruit leather to chew on.

This was the recipe we used7853717870?profile=RESIZE_710x

  • yes, i'd be keen for recipe too. I tried this on the weekend and sprinkled some mulberries on top:
1 cup SRF, 1 cup desc. coconut, 1 cup milk, 3/4 cup sugar & 1 egg

  • Hey Doug, I’d be interested in recipe for the slice.  Trying to find new ways to use the mulberries at our place

  • I dried some black mulberries. Doesn't work as they are too seedy inside.

  • Fantastic.  I did a Youtube clip on golden pickled quail eggs.  It's a pretty good recipe mate.  The gold colour comes from turmeric.
