Seriously team we eat a lot of it but it's just EXPLODED over summer, I have enough to make cuttings for an army and this isn't even my main bed!

These don’t go slimy, but they’re a little crunchier than default spinach...we throw them in with basically everything.
If you want why don’t we just do a drop in whenever you’re free on Wednesday or something? Not a proper visit but you can poke around while you’re here.
Are the leaves like spinach when cooked and retain their 'leafyness' so to speak or do they go slimy? Some spinach type plants like molokhia (Egyptian Spinach) turn gooey like okra / soaked psyllium husk. To me the texture is likened to an unpleasant bowl of snot which does nothing for me.+1 on cuttings if they're like spinach /when the plan comes together.
Please count me in with the plan. Need to get more greens growing again.
I'll have to come up with a plan.
What's the best way to get some to you Andrew?
