Elaine :- I have a second fridge and I fit 6 five liter bottles of juice in it. I pasteurize the must and bottle it in 2 liter PET bottles, I have bottles of must from 2 years ago and they're still preserved.
Christine and I are happy you enjoyed the bottled mulberries Susan, and hope you enjoy the Mulberry wine, it's a dry wine similar to a merlog, and goes well with Italian food.

That is one heck of a mulberry tree. And you are so inventive how you use the fruit.
James, we opened that bottle of preserved mulberries. Absolutely delicious!!! I am going to have to learn how to do this!!
Fabulous, they look wonderful, you really are in full swing with your wine making. You must be getting quite a cellar together.
They look so good
How do you store so much juice? Do you have a cold room ;-)?
Spent Monday picking these mulberries. I juiced 7 containers, so now have 56 liters of pure juice for making 2 batches of wine.
