Watermelon Radish come pretty close. A heritage Daikon variety with enough crunch and fill on offer to make each chomp unforgetable.
Like its colour.
I grows them because I loves them so.
Here I have cut them up to make Dongchimi (Korean Radish Water Kimchi).
