We are running Practical "Raw Food & Fermentation" workshop where we will share our experience preparing and eating healthy food.
You will learn how to make raw cakes, soups, and sprouts as well as fermented vegetable, yogurt and kombocha.
Includes tasting chia pudding, sprouts and raw balls, practical demonstrations of making chia pudding and sauerkraut.
