Brisbane Local Food

Growing local

Saw this book at the Sunnybank Hills Library today.  Published in 2015, It's the biggest book on native food I've seen yet, not that I've seen many....

Thought somebody might be interested.  Sorry if you want to borrow it from the same library, you won't find it because it's on loan with me :)

Looks good :)

Is it about Australian native foods or just wild foods in general? The fruit on the front looks to be native Australian.

Looks like native Australian from a quick flicking through :)

You will have to give it back some time, Florence! ;-) Great find btw.

Excellent find Florence.  Feel free to take two weeks to read it.  Then, I want a summerised version (with full colour pictures!) for posting on the site.

The book looks very exciting, thanks for sharing the find Florence!
