The Food Doctor's prescription
WITH a PhD in food ethics under her belt and an amazingly diverse (and impressive) culinary resume, Angela Hirst has earned her nickname "The Food Doctor".
From November, the West End resident will be taking hands-on classes at Taste for the Love of Cooking at their new Fortitude Valley shop and cooking school.
It's fitting that Angela's first session is dedicated to preserving making jewel-coloured jars of conserves, pickles and more, using the Fowlers Vacola method.
