Cheese, Yoghurt, Kefir, Butter and Ghee Making Workshop

Learn how to make cheddar cheese from cow's milk and fetta from goat's milk. Explore how to make kefir and yoghurt.
Butter and ghee making is also demonstrated.
Cost: $75 per person per workshop which includes lunch, morning tea and a manual.
