Digestive enzymes are also created in these foods so that these foods will greatly aid your digestion.  Participants will take home some sourdough starter and a manual. Morning tea and lunch are included and bread will be for sale at the end of the day for $4. Cost is $95 and a $40 deposit will secure your booking.
