meet on the first Tuesday of
each month except January.

Using Herbs to make gifts
Herb of the Month - Chaste

Browse the Library, herb plants, members stalls and cuttings table.
We finish the evening with a shared supper, please bring a plate of herby food to share.

Ideas for Herby Gifts with Sandra Nanka
Sandra will show you some different ways you can use herbs for your gift giving this year.
There will be the opportunity to make something yourself to take home.
If you have any small bottles (between 100ml and 250ml  maple syrup or sauce bottles are good) please bring them along on the night.

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion.  It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
