Saturday 1st August – 22nd August (4 Consecutive Saturdays)

9am – 1pm: Organic Gardening Series with Adrian Holbeck and Carmel Harris

This workshop Series will provide a practical, hands-on, and affordable overview of organic gardening through the lens of permaculture. Each workshop series runs over four consecutive Saturday mornings.

The series will help you to understand your soil and to enrich it with compost, worms and tonics; and grow healthy and delicious herbs and veggies suited to the seasons of subtropical south east Queensland. It will also cover plant ailments, cures, good bugs, bad bugs, and seed saving.

Cost: $200 / $170 (Healthcare Card holder)

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
