Event description

Children will learn about recycling and how to create a self-watering planter. Participants will decorate and plant out their container as they smell and explore the world of herbs. Learn  what to grow and when, and discover other great gardening activities to enjoy at home. Presented by horticulturalist Claire Bickle.

Ideal for children aged 5-12 years and their carers. Bookings essential.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
