Saturday 20th February 2016

9am – 4pm: Lantern Making – with Nancy Brown

Make a lantern for your garden or special event, using Rattan to sculpt flexible shapes, then cover it with translucent paper. The morning session will be spent sculpting a frame for the lantern, and the afternoon session will be creating a translucent layer over the frame that will disperse the light of the candle or other light inside.

Please wear covered shoes and bring washing up gloves (for the glueing section).

Cost: $85 / $65 (Healthcare Card holder)
