Event Description

 Learn how to make your own cheddar cheese, brie and cottage cheese as well as other fermented, raw, dairy products with award winning, accredited permaculture teacher Elisabeth Fekonia. The workshop will cost $90 per person and that includes everything needed on the day. Yoghurt and kefir cultures are available for $2 each. For bookings and inquiries please visit the website

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
