It was great to get along to Sophie's GV yesterday. For anyone who picked up some of the Pink/purple Agastache cuttings yesterday, here's a link to some information about it.

I'm so looking forward to getting out to a garden visit. My garden had been so neglected due to other pressures. I need to get around other crazy like-minded gardeners and be re-inspired.

My pineapple sage need a cut back, so I'll have plenty of that to bring. Will also bring mushroom plant, Vietnamese mint, and a few other goodies if I have time before I leave.

See you all this morning.

If anyone going to Sophies GV is interested in taking home some free coffee grinds, please bring a bucket or bag to Sophies as we have a huge bagful given to us from a coffee shop.

Hi everyone - looking forward to seeing you this Sunday. Apologies appear to have not written a blurb this year. My garden is a regular almost inner city suburban block. What was once a blank slate (just grass) now has some eclectic garden beds and bits and pieces. The garden has been a bit neglected of late but probably enough change since last year to carry me forward! I will prepare some sourdough (baked) and fresh dough to demonstrate the 'slap and fold' technique that replaces 'kneading' in the French technique. May be of interest to bread makers or even home pizza bakers. Please bring chairs and mugs and the usual plate to share as well as swap items.

If anyone has some spare salvia cuttins (inc. fruity sage) would be very happy :)

I would love to be there but I have volunteered to support Signal Flare's BBQ for the Homeless and Others in Need, at Musgrave Park 121 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane. 10am – 2pm.

on no - date clash again.  If the other thing that I can't avoid finishes early enough I'll come late.  Still to see Sophie's garden.

I hope it is a bit dryer this time.

ps   How many days in Sunday. (see above)
