Event Description

This is your chance to come visit the two Elaines in their home territory.

Elaine's words:

Sloping block but no steps.

No front or side fences so no security for children or dogs.

Back verandah will seat about 12 to 15 people.

It's an ordinary house block, 600 sq metres (24 perches), the front yard is sloping down to the street on the western side of the hill; back yard is flat.

Most of the growing is in the front yard with 8 converted wicking beds, 5 wicking bins and 1 commercial wicking bed and some plants in the ground.

Back yard has 2 commercial wicking beds and 2 converted wicking beds with a Permaculture Banana/Paw Paw Circle and some plants in the ground. There's a shade area with frog bath, Broms ferns and orchids.

RSVP to receive the address closer to the date. Mention in the discussion area if you are bringing more than one.

Bring hats or brollies for the heat.

Bring small plate of food or drink to share along with any seed or produce that you would like to give away, swap or sell.

Children welcome but must be supervised by parents.

Please note: there will be two GV's this month.

Will be good if you can make it Farina but everyone will understand if you can't. It's a long way from you.

Will try to make this - have someone coming over in the morning but might still be able to make it :)

I have a few things I'm supposed to be doing that day but may make the effort to get out there.

Yes, and they're on special too because they think it's the last weekend with what's left on the tree... $5 / kg... I want some :(
