Event Description

Event: 06/07/2013 - 07/07/2013

The inimitable Finders Keepers markets are back this year, continuing their tradition of bringing independent design to the public. If you're searching for something special, unique and contemporary, and want to lend your support to Australian and New Zealand emerging designers and artists then you'll be right at home at the bi-annual Finders Keepers markets.

With 65 stalls spread over 3 studios in the magnificent Old Museum building, these markets are an absolute treat sent to tempt and tantalise your purse strings and self restraint!

Besides being passionate about supporting emerging talent, the organisers are conscious of the need to keep things fresh and exciting so they make a point of rotating and introducing new exhibitors each market. So even if you've visited these markets before, you're guaranteed a new and unique experience. Products on offer range from exquisite hand crafted jewellery to clothing, original artworks, home and garden wares, and everything in between.

The Autumn/Winter market is set for Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July, and the Spring/Summer market for the weekend of 16th and 17th November.

Opening times are 10.00am - 4.00pm each day.

Entry is now $2 and parking is available at RNA for $12 from 9.00am - 5.00pm.

On street parking can be found close by if you're lucky, or if you want to PT it the Bowen Hills or Brunswick St train stations are a mere 10 minute walk away.
