Join Elisabeth Fekona to learn how to put the life back into pasteurized milk and cream to make living probiotic dairy products. Learn to make Feta cheese, Cultured Butter, Ghee, Yoghurt, Kefir, and Sour cream.

E-handouts and recipes included.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
