Event Description

Fermented food is loaded with enzymes, vitamins and minerals. You will learn and see how easy and quick is to make sauerkraut, kombucha, yoghurt, kefir, sourdough bread, ginger beer and mead as well as plenty of practical tips and fermented food to taste. Starter cultures will be available. You will make sauerkraut to take home.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
