I’ve been vegetarian for many years and enjoy sharing our most successful and delicious organic and vego meals that are rich in phytonutrients, protein and calcium for health and vitality.

Today, learn how to satisfy your meat eaters with hearty, nutritious vegetarian dishes, harvested straight from the garden. After our garden harvest we’ll convert the bounty to family meals packed with nutrients. Our menu will be satisfying and mooreish and best of all, with options for gluten and dairy free meals.  Class, notes and delicious food: $75

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion.  It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
