Come and learn how to make 2 types of dumplings, incorporating a seasonal herb or two fresh picked from the NSCF garden! Wrappers are provided and fillings part-prepared so that you can add your finishing touch and get those folding and pleating skills happening! Facilitated by Chinese dumpling experts, and in the spirit of cultural exchange, you will learn how to ‘speak dumpling’ by the end of the half-day course.

Finally, you get to steam and eat your ‘creations’ from the SFA dumpling bike! All ingredients provided. Vegetarian option included (NOT gluten free).
