  • Financial Wellness - Consider how to maximise your cash flow and reduce out of pocket expenses.

  • Contracts & Construction Conditions - Gain exposure to this environment prior to starting and gain the confidence here to know what you are looking for.

  • Cost of Not Going Sustainable: Return on Investment - Understand the practical application and returns then begin applying sustainability concepts to your own scenarios.

The creator of this series, Jess Osborne built 9 nine homes hereself with efficiencies in mind and has now written this masterclass to share her learnings with the community. She has worked in property since 2007, now runs her own land development company Josh Develop, involved on the Residential Committee for Property Council of Australia and is Treasurer of Australian Green Development Forum.

Joining her is Valerie Bares, who brings her environmental and sustainability passions and experience from Post Grad Environmental Management Degree, National EnviroDevelopment Manager with UDIA (Qld) & now running her own consulting practice ESC Consulting assisting developers prepare submissions for sustainable

Each registrants will receive a free pocket guide emailed to them, a 60+ workbook on the day & masterclass is fully catered for.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
