Event Description

This one day workshop will have you making your own sourdough bread with freshly milled organic wheat and rye grain. Also on the day we will be creating lactic ferments by making sauerkraut, Korean kimchi and fruit and nut kimchi. Making a batch of fruit wine is also included.
