I started mine from a piece of ginger bought at the grocery store.

I'm working on a raised garden bed to grow ginger but at this point i may have to source my seed stick from northey street markets. I do ho through so much ginger i need to grow a nice amount

I select a few bits and replant them pretty much straight away Megan.  Seems to work pretty well.

Hi Andy, do you save any of your ginger to replant for next years crop? If yes, how do you store it? This is my first year growing ginger so I'm not sure what to do. Thanks, Megan
