I thought I'd dissed the mint enough so to balance it up, I did a clip using it as we cruise towards Christmas.

wow well done ! the grasshoppers are having a feed on our mint ! so we have jheaps drying !

LOL.  It's quite good but really only a 7/10.  Next time, I'd decrease the sugar and increase the mint.  With a bit of tweaking, I reckon I could get it to a 9.5!
