Symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast. Definitely not snotty but firm and buxom. Good lesson re making your own from scratch.

LOL.  Me too Soph.  I think at the end of the first ferment (happening now) he might have a friend.  Funny thing is that he didn't feel very snotty: a bit like a stiff jel mix.
