Holy cow! I have a passata maker. Sounds like we might need to can tomatoes for you as well.
Sounds good Andy, my tomatoes are still a while off but when they are ready hopefully have 40 to 50kg.
Actually Doug, if we pooled tomatoes and a few other bits, we could also can a few in a tomato casserole.
You know, I've only just started eating pickled cucs. There LOTS of recipes. Dianne, probably has one.
I'm more than happy to have a crack at canning them from raw. I have a recipe for it.
I have 115 eggs in the incubator so maybe in 10 weeks I can drop round a few processed quail for you to can. I am really looking forward to see how they turn out.
I also have to pick a big pile of cucumbers, do you know the best method to pickle them?

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion. It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)
