Hi everyone,
I am wondering if anyone knows where I may be able to get some Jerusalem artichoke tubers to plant. They are a great vegetable but I have not found any around.
Thank you

I do better with Yacon as well, even in a big pot.
Thanks for your suggestions Dave. I have never grown Yacon, but have heard the name. I will do some research and see if it will work.
A similar vegetable that grows all year round here is Yacon. I think Yacon amy be preferable to J-chokes here in SEQ. Similar cooking options.
Green Harvest has them available in July. When in season they can be bought in some shops, like the vegey store at Northlakes.Diggers also has them in June.
Some of our other gardeners may have some tubers. If not, you may ask to be notified when they are available from "Green Harvest" website.
Always add photos using the "From my computer" option, even if you are on a mobile phone or other device.

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion. It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)
GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
