I didn't have any luck growing squash / pumpkins so next time I see them at the market or shop will get one and give your recipe a go.  Sounds yummo

stuffed spaghetti squash - brown 500gms mince garlic onions tomato parsley etc. a couple of eggs mixed in just before stuffing in squash ( have been known to add bacon olives chilli beans rice basically anything available ( next door butchers their own pigs sheep and cows and we barter pumpkons sweet potatoes squash for bacon etc  ) ) - cook half hour 200c grate some cheese on top return to oven 10 minutes - the only thing not from the garden or home made is the mince and the cows are working on that now ! do th same thing with New Guinea bean bottle gourd and yes pumpkins
