There was a bit of chat a while ago about drying Dragon Fruit, so I am going to dry some of the 40-odd Dragon Fruit that are ripening all at once on my vine. I plan to just use my oven, since I don't have a dehydrator, and I suspect air drying with the humidity as it is won't be too successful. Has anyone got any tips or pointers about what I should and shouldn't do?

I'll bring some to the next GV. They're in the dehydrator now.
No tips but I’d love to see the outcome and taste tests verdict.
Thanks, Sid. Andy's just up the road, so I'll grab his. So good that people are happy to share.
I've got one you can borrow temporarily too if you like!
Thanks, Andy. I'll give it a go.
I have a dehydrator you are more than welcome to use Barb.
